JEFTONI Nig. Ltd., incorporated in June 1993, has built up her activities with highly qualified and experienced staff comprising indigenous Engineers and Technicians, equipped adequately with modern Geotechnical and Foundation Engineering experience and equipment to carry out works efficiently to satisfy clients.

We undertake design and construction of Geotechnical and Foundation structures, supplying hidden strength to bridges, buildings, jetties, and other marine structures etc.

DETAILS OF COMPANY BACKGROUND/HISTORY

​Jeftoni Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1993 (RC: 224,797) under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Company’s registered address is 39 Chief Amadi Street,Mile 4, Rumueme, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

The Company commenced business in the month of July, 1993 at its registered office, with the piling/bridge supervision job executed at rumuji—Ibaa community on behalf of Joseph Odu and sons Ltd of NTA Road Port Harcourt. In 1998 the Company opened offices at km 5 east west road Rumuodara and km 3 east west road Rumuodani.

Jeftoni Capabilities have been applied extensively over the past years with extremely successful results. These include feasibility studies, designing, construction, installation, and maintenance works in the following areas:-

SAFETY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERING

Jeftoni has established a formal in-house Safety and Quality Management system which satisfies the broad cross section of Nigerian and other African States client requirements. This has earned the company various commendations, copies of which are attached at the end of this document.

Our Quality Management system is based upon ISO 9000 standards. The Company is presently in the process of putting into place methods and procedures in order to obtain an ISO listing during 1997.
Jeftoni standard Quality Plan template is usually tailored to meet the requirements of each specific contract.
